Offerta

Offerta is Sweden’s largest marketplace for renovation, moving, and cleaning services. With over a million projects completed through the platform, you can compare reviews and choose a contractor recommended by others. If they were satisfied, chances are you will be too. Despite the number of users, this type of service is still relatively unknown in Sweden. Therefore, the main goal of the concept launch was to boost Offerta’s brand awareness.

We built the campaign on a simple truth: most of life’s real goals aren’t grand or glamorous. They’re ordinary. Finishing the deck. Getting the kitchen tiles sorted. Finally dealing with the dripping tap. And those goals only become reality when you ask for help.

Offerta exists for that moment – when you decide it’s time to stop daydreaming and start doing. By understanding what you need and connecting you with trusted professionals, Offerta delivers “Offerter you can’t refuse” – a nod to the iconic line from The Godfather, meaning quotes that are simply too good, too fair, or too convenient to turn down.

In the campaign, we meet people in their homes as they see their newly renovated kitchen, freshly painted walls, or just-finished patio for the very first time. Quality craftsmanship isn’t only visible in the work itself; it’s written across the customer’s face and body language. The visual concept is built on the insight that great reviews matter more than price when choosing a service provider.

The result

During the campaign period, running through spring and summer 2024, Offerta’s spontaneous brand awareness doubled from 6 to 12 percent. The results also supported the long-term goal of shifting Swedish consumer behaviour. Increased awareness is a significant step forward, both for Offerta and for the industry.
