OnePartnerGroup specialises in recruitment, staffing, and education, with a mission to help more people and companies experience genuine joy at work. And we know that close collaboration leads to better results something this web project demonstrates.
The goal was to create a professional, user-friendly website that makes it effortless for candidates to find and apply for jobs, and just as easy for companies to find the right talent. In addition, the new site needed to reflect OnePartnerGroup’s updated brand and visual identity, while also serving as a clear showcase of their expertise in recruitment, staffing, and education.
Way of working
The project included a series of key activities, from early strategy to final implementation. We led workshops, defined the digital strategy, developed the UX and UI design, and carried out both front-end and back-end development. On the technical side, the website is built on Strapi CMS, providing a flexible, modern, and scalable foundation for future growth.
To strengthen the overall experience, we integrated the entire job-listing and application flow directly into the website, removing the need for external services. The result is a modern, attractive platform that keeps users engaged from start to finish.
This was a comprehensive design and technology assignment in which we were involved at every stage – from defining the digital brand and creating the design system to building robust technical solutions.
