Every day we use our creativity to shape what people see, feel and do. And we're good at it. But much of what we create drives consumption. With the power to influence comes a responsibility for what we push people towards.
Because we shape what people discover, long for and choose, our biggest environmental impact doesn't happen in our offices or on our computers. It happens somewhere else, and it's very hard to measure. But it's something we have to reckon with and try to influence in every way we can. So the most important sustainability question for Grace isn't just how we work, but what our work makes others want to do. A responsibility, but also a power we hold in our hands. What do we do with that knowledge?
One of our goals for 2026 was to have a public landing page on the web for our sustainability work. This page, in other words. We think it matters to be open about what we're good at and what we can get better at.
Grace is environmentally certified through SUSA Svensk Miljödatabas, and has been since 2007. The work is built on clear targets, routines and regular follow-up. The certification is a way to quality-assure what we do and make sure we keep developing.
We've been working actively on environmental issues since 2009, in one way or another. Since then the work has grown step by step — from questions about energy, waste and travel alone to systematic sustainability work.
We're determined to raise sustainability issues in our client collaborations. One example is our work with Almi Företagspartner, where the goal has been to spread the word about the opportunities available for funding sustainability initiatives.
Every new employee here receives basic environmental training. It gives us a shared understanding and a better basis for making conscious choices — both in our own work and together with our clients.
