The recruitment industry has a giant elephant in the room: increasingly confusing job titles. Complicated titles are partly the result of superficial trends, but mainly of new needs. This new reality can’t be changed. The important thing is doing what’s required to keep up and find the right candidate. We used this insight about the title inflation to spark a conversation about today’s complex labour market and to demonstrate that OnePartnerGroup understands the challenges their clients face.

As one of Sweden’s largest players in recruitment and staffing, OnePartnerGroup knows you can’t rely on the job roles, titles, and methods that worked yesterday. This is especially relevant at a time when every investment is weighed carefully, and the demand for quality is higher than ever. "Titelinflationen" became a nationwide campaign that dared to look at the industry from the outside with a bit of humor – a perspective that sparked reactions and positioned the brand.

The result

During the campaign period, running from autumn 2023 to spring 2024, the number of leads increased by 120%. “The concept has not only generated leads but leads of exceptionally high quality. Many of the enquiries that came in through the campaign were initiated directly by the organisations’ CEOs, typically the hardest decision-makers to reach.”
