Sesol

Sesol is one of Sweden’s biggest and fastest growing solar energy companies – and with rapid growth came a challenge: customers found the installation process difficult to follow. To solve this, Grace created a fully integrated customer portal that brings structure, transparency, and peace of mind to every step of the journey.

Sesol needed a clearer, more transparent way to guide customers through their solar installation journey. We built a customer portal that lets users track every step of their installation, access all documents and details in one place, and get quick support when needed. Sesol can also send targeted updates directly through the portal, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

The goal was to bring structure to what had previously been a fragmented and inconsistently communicated workflow, and to turn transparency into a competitive advantage. Choosing Sesol now means knowing exactly what happens, when, and why.

The portal is built with Strapi and BankID login, fully integrated with Sesol’s internal systems to trigger automatic status updates. It also gives Sesol valuable insight into customer satisfaction, as users can rate each step of the process – helping the company understand what works well and where improvements can be made.

An added benefit? It has strengthened the relevance of sesol.se and helped improve the site’s visibility in Google search results.
